About Me
For two decades, I’ve been helping companies align their most precious resources—talent and capital—for maximum impact. At the heart of my work, I fix broken connections. Whether it’s bridging strategy and execution, aligning people with financial goals, or minimizing risks, I ensure every piece of the puzzle fits together to drive results.
As a former CFO for private, PE-owned, and public companies across the U.S., Japan, and Australia, I’ve raised $35M from KKR, scaled and turned around businesses, and prepared them for critical inflection points. Over the past eight years, I’ve mentored CEOs and lectured at Stanford Graduate School of Business, helping leaders reduce risk, achieve alignment, and build thriving organizations.
Beyond the boardroom, I’m an endurance athlete. I’ve summited Denali three times, served for eight years as support staff for mountain search and rescue, and survived being avalanched off North America’s most dangerous peak, Mt. Foraker—an ordeal that left me presumed dead for 12 days. These experiences taught me that success—whether in business or life-and-death scenarios—demands precision, resilience, and adaptability.
